Sounds you can touch - that’s how „Voices“, the first record of Lausanne-based duo Jassclub, feels.
Five artfully crafted Electronica tracks with organic sound textures and haunting vocals that take you on a journey.
The introduction to their world is „Eden“, which moves from raspy to velvety smooth; from only a quiet, almost broken voice to a crescendo of drums and bass and demonstrates Jassclub’s range.
„Shelter“ kicks in like those first rays of sun in spring that re-fill your body with much needed energy, make you want to peel of your layers and move towards the warmth.
Mysterious things await when we open „The Door“, hanging so heavy, black and glistening; otherworldly creatures creep up, rattle, sizzle and try to scare us back out.
Further on our journey we reach the heights of „Manifesto“, an airy ascension rewarding us with a breathtaking view and the echoing voices of our past.
And „Maybe“ takes uns aback a winged creature that soars into the skies; feel its mighty heartbeat and the wind whistling past your ears in this heavenly spectacle.

„Voices“ is a truly cinematic experience. Just close your eyes and get on board.
